Single Probe Input and Different Probe Options

The Handscan V8 has a single screw-on probe port which allows the use of both linear and convex probes. The product is shipped with a linear probe as standard. However, in examinations for different animals such as cats, dogs, sheep, goats, etc., a convex probe can be preferred when it is necessary to care with gel from the perineal area. In this way, you have the opportunity to use a double probe device.

Handscan V8 Veterinary Ultrasound Device offers a wide range of uses. In cow pregnancy checks, you can perform rectal examination using only linear probe. In animals such as goats and sheep, you have the opportunity to check pregnancy by recto-abdominal scanning method with ultrasound gel.

This device draws attention with its ability to adjust the probe frequency. You can adjust between 5.5 Mhz and 6.5 Mhz. It also has four different modes: B, B/B, B/M, M modes to meet different inspection requirements.

Long Lasting Battery and Easy Carrying

The Handscan V8 uses a long-life Li-ion battery, which is removable. You can request an optional spare battery (for a fee). Battery runtime is 3 hours on average and can be used for up to 15 days without recharging for low daily use. It is also suitable for use with car charging apparatus.

Ease of Connection and Transport
